These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Next Horizon Leadership Leadership website, the NHL Community platform, and related communications (the “Services”), operated by Next Horizon Leadership (“NHL,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Services

NHL provides a private, invitation-based community for senior people, talent, and executive leaders, including a member directory, peer discussion spaces, events, and curated introductions. Access is granted by approval and may be tiered by membership.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ and a business professional to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account, and you agree to keep your credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

• Keep what is shared in confidential spaces confidential.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, solicitation, or unlawful content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or scrape, resell, or misuse member information.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Next Horizon Leadership (sent from +1 (866) 890-7607) related to your account, events, and community. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information — which we never sell or share with third parties for their marketing.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by NHL or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant NHL a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Services.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NHL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Services and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
