• Account & profile: name, work email, title, company, LinkedIn URL, and professional interests.
• Contact details: email address and, if you choose to receive messages, your mobile phone number.
• Community activity: posts, replies, RSVPs, and benchmark responses you submit.
• Technical data: device, browser, and usage information collected through standard logs and cookies.

How we use your information

• Operate, maintain, and personalize the Services and your membership.
• Facilitate introductions, events, and peer discussions you opt into.
• Send account, transactional, and (with your consent) event and community messages by email or text.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Next Horizon Leadership, which may include account and membership notices, event and session reminders, and community updates.

• Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to use the rest of the Services.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, database, email, and SMS delivery providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; when required by law; or with your direction (e.g., a warm introduction you request). As stated above, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.

Your choices & rights

You may access or update your profile, opt out of texts (reply STOP) or marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link), and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

The Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.
